Master Distiller Dr. Joy Spence has flawlessly united two worlds: the tropical paradise of Jamaica and the misty Scottish Spreyside region. In the warm, tropical weahter of Jamaica this fine rum was aged for eight long year in American white oak casks. Only then was it ready to be finished in
