Daito Ryu Aikijujutsu: Practical Techniques VHS by Seigo Okamoto (Preowned) Hiroyuki Aoki ワームガードパスLike the simultaneously released "Daito Ryu Aikijujutsu: Principles and Methods Book," this tape uses a lot of slow motion to explain the practical techniques of Aiki. Master Okamoto Seigo, head of Daito Ryu Aikijujutsu Roppokai, has made full use of the results of his 20 years of instruction.
