Constructed of cupal with and enamels, the obverse consisting of a double overlaid right pointed starburst pattern, with a central silvered disc overlaid by a black enameled mobile swastika, within a circular silvered laurel leaf wreath, wrapped in ribbon and joined together at the bottom by a plaque bearing a date of 1941, the reverse with a barrel hinge and tapering
