The cameo is surrounded by small pearls and is mounted on 800 1000 silver (800 hallmark). Small safety clasp. Period: early 20th century. Inside the shell is an engraved inscription which appears to be "Dona Isabel" (?) The brooch is in good condition (note: some small pearls are a little
