Typically, Baptisia minor is a sparse flowered species with 3 8 flower spikes per clump, but a mature deer resistant clump of Baptisia 'Blue Pearls' produces over fifty, 3' tall flower spikes of light blue flowers that well exceed the 26" foliage. After flowering, the foliage expands, making a
