Slovakia, Republic. A Medal Of Bravery, I Class Gold Grade, C.1040 Newly Listed Nürnberg-Berlin(Vyznamenanie za hrdinstvo). Instituted in 1939. In bronze gilt, marked "" on the obverse, measuring 36 mm in diameter, fasces style suspension, rosette in silvered bronze with red, white and blue enamels, along with a lacquered finish, affixed to an alternate version ribbon with pinback, edge nicks, light contact, accompanied by its 35 mm (w) x 13 mm (h) ribbon bar with pinback, better than very fine. Footnote: The medal was awarded from 1939 to 1945
