Druivenrassen: Corvina, Rondinella, Corvinone en Molinara (60,20,15,5%). Herkomst: Veneto, Italie Lagering: De vinificatie start pas in januari nadat de druiven in kleine containers aan de lucht wat ingedroogd zijn.
