Made using a special vacuum distillation method which preserves the "natural" state of the wine, you get all of the depth to appreciate and none of the potential headaches. Notes of lemon and starfruit sit most forward on the palette with lime pushing the acid even further. We recommend pairing this with a plate of knigsberger klopse,
