Birdy Bowl - Cross stitch pattern by The Blue Flower 19th Century 68″ x 11From the designer: This was inspired by the traditional sampler motif of the "berry bowl" but I've filled my basket with birds and eggs! The bowl itself is more like a woven nest, to continue the theme (and give stitchers a chance to play with variegated floss). The model is stitched on 40 count "Hazelwood" linen from Fiber On A Whim. Stitch count is 128 x 75. The finishing was done by Vonna (The Twisted Stitcher). Threads Used: DMC 169, 221, 310,
