then secondary fermentation in an autoclave for 30 days

Lugana DOC "Eufrasia" - Sgreva Bianchi Fermentation is spontaneousA fresh and vibrant white wine from Lake Garda , Sgreva s Lugana DOC Eufrasia expresses energy, flavour and an immediate aromatic profile, making it perfect for any occasion. In the glass it presents a bright straw yellow color , while on the nose it offers aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and light mineral notes , typical of Turbiana grapes. On the palate it is dry, fresh and very drinkable , with a pleasant acidity and a balanced persistence.
