Far more importantly the sender is an officer on His Imperial Japanese Majesty's Navy Ship HIMJS Itsukashima. This ship saw action in the Boxer Rebellion the Sino Japanese war and the Russo Japanese war and visited Australia twice on Official Friendship visits.
