This rare palace size Astrolabe on stand is in two sections, the top having a carved crest and a circular device inset with blue ceramic cabochons. The engraved mater having celestial and astrological symbols, to the center is the rete and rule, with four more retes to each corner. The easel form stand is finely and deeply carved
