Brio Pop - Tenuta L'Armonia annata-2020 CLASSIFICAZIONE: IRed from short maceration Brio is our crunchy red, 30% vinified with carbonic maceration of the red grapes for approximately 12 days in a concrete tank. It is obtained with a part of the grapes harvested prematurely from 60 70 year old plants. The remaining 70% of the grapes are harvested 10 days later, destemmed and macerated for approximately 2 weeks and finally vinified in 1500 l acacia cones.
