Instituted 19 July 1913 by Wilhelm II of Wrttemberg. (1913 1921 issue). Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse with a central royal crown, within a laurel wreath, the reverse with a central number 15 in Roman numerals, within a laurel wreath, umarked, measuring 36. 82 mm (w) x 41. 36 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
