Shirakiku, Black Swan, 720ml Kuyama Shuzo gekenmerkt door een intense smaakType: Junmai Polishing ratio: 60% Rice Variety: Milky Queen Alcohol percentage: 15% An experiment! Start the fermentation as you would normally do, but add amazake, a sweet, non alcoholic sake, play around with the temperature, and you'll get something truly remarkable. Milky Queen is an atypical rice variety, much sweeter than you'd expect from table rice, but combined with a spicy freshness, it bursts out of the glass!
