It has belt loops but not the original belt, another could be used though, or loops removed It measures (laid flat) 37cm waist x 44cm armpit to armpit and 104cm long Please check the measurements carefully. It is approx a modern size uk 12 judging by the fit on Margaret my size 12 mannequin Great
