Victorian Sapphire & Diamond Bowed Double Heart Ring OOS Stamped 15ct goldDATE: Victorian, c. 1870 A stunning Victorian sapphire and diamond double heart ring dating from the latter half of the 19th Century. It's a particularly fine example of the style, set with vivid blue sapphires and chunky old cut diamonds, the hearts joined at the top with a bow. Double heart rings were usually given to a bride on her wedding day from a close friend or relative, to symbolise the union of two hearts. It's modelled in 18 karat gold, and
