Lucian Freud. L'atelier. Arts graphiques Extrait de The Art BulletinMy work is purely autobiographical. Its only about me and whats close to me. Its an attempt at memory. I work from the people who interest me, who matter to me, who I think about, in the decor of the rooms I inhabit, that I know. I invent my paintings from people, and I work more freely when they are there.
