The centre turquoise set heart is surrounded by a double halo of natural pearls and vibrant turquoise cabochons, with an original gem set bail, ready for wear on a chain. The back features a small heart shaped locket compartment, which opens to reveal a fabric insert ready for your own memento to be added. It's crafted in 15k yellow
