A rare panel cut off from a small standard flag of the Fhrer and Reichskanzler, constructed of a weather hardened red rayon blended base with a canvas underlay, the obverse bearing a central white rayon disc, in turn overlaid by a black swastika with its arms trimmed with silver aluminum wire tresses, situated within a circular oak leaf wreath executed in golden yellow and golden brown embroidery,
