It is fully surrounded by side panels which taper and overlap at the front. Emanating from the crown is a black threaded tassel which hangs down over the left side, secured the the panel with a single piece of stitching to ensure functionality without compromising aesthetics. Also stitched onto the left panel is a dark blue rayon band, overlaid by a HG
