An iron cross, the obverse centre presenting the date 1914 over a wreath of oak leaves, the reverse centre presents a right facing bear climbing a fortress wall, measuring 35. 12 mm (w) x 53. 98 mm (h), on a silver chain necklace, and in very fine condition.
