It is a pure artisanal vermouth, made from infusions and macerations of botanicals hand picked by Federico and his family. Inspired by a secret recipe from 1946, it is produced with Ribolla Gialla, an indigenous Friulian wine. The name Sagrestan pays homage to Federico's grandfather, the village sacristan, who cultivated vines in
