A polypropylene outer filter combined with a rigid inner frame maintains a low profile to help prevent damage from vehicular traffic. The counterweight inserts into inlet to help keep unit upright and secure. Tie back straps on either end of unit can be used with sod pin or stake for additional anchoring. Modular, 3 ft. inner frames
