On the palate, it is a velvety wine with a balanced acidity and soft tannins. Fermentation is carried out variety by variety, in rotating stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25C, then the blended wine remains for 4 months in French oak barrels. This is a very well balanced red wine that pairs perfectly
