Irrisafe files are used for irrigation once the root canal has been prepared. 20ml of irrigant (NaOCl) is injected into the canal. The Irrisafe file is inserted excluding 2mm of the working length and activated with retraction movements to bring up debris and dentin chips. Repeat 3 times for 1 minute in each canal.
