Description

especially after too much scotch (I mean butterscotch)

one of the most brilliantly colored epimediums we have seen

unless you want to start your own crinum nursery

Our plants in full sun for a few hours each day actually look far better than our clump in shade

These two features are enough reason to grow it

Trillium maculatum Little Lee Dennstaedtia especially after too much scotchTrillium maculatum 'Little Lee' is our seed grown strain from an original collection in Lee County, Georgia, where Trillium maculatum grew in low moist areas among Sabal minor palms. The plants from this site are much smaller than those from other sites we've visited, topping out in the garden at 7" tall and topped with very dark mottled leaves. The foliage is topped with 1. 5" tall beet red petals in mid to late March (NC).
