An aromatic and bready nose is followed by cooked apricot and peach flavors and a pleasant nuttiness. We would pair this with something rich and flavorful like 5 spice duck wings or Chana Masala. A small amount of natural volcanic sulfur is added at bottling, and farmed biodynamically.
