El Enemigo Bonarda - 2021 (750ml) Size:750ml rich black fruit preserves flavorsMade of mostly Bonarda with a touch of Cabernet Franc. The Bonarda is grown at lower, warmer elevations in El Mirador, Rivadavia and the Franc at more than twice the altitude at Gualtallary, Tupungato. The wine was aged for 15 months in 100 year old foudres, so this has no oak influence in the flavors. Polished and silky, with great depth this wine is enjoyable young and has the bones to age and gain complexity.
