Prohibition-Era Hyan Dry Ginger Ale Beverage Tray Made in Mexico The construction appears to bec. 1910s 1920s; Gerhard Lang Brewery Lang's Products Buffalo, NY Antique tin litho ginger ale advertising serving tray. This piece came about as a result of the Lang Brewery switching gears during Prohibition. Lang's company was the largest pre Prohibition brewery in New York and operated the majority of Buffalo's 500 taverns and gaming houses. Due to Prohibition, however, the company was forced to switch to more temperance approved beverages such as
