A rare State Award of the Romanian Peoples Republic, I Class, constructed of 18K Gold, the obverse bearing a raised and finely detailed coat of arms of the Romanian Peoples Republic, set above laurel branches, the reverse bearing a raised inscription of PREMIUL DE STAT AL REPUBLICII POPULARE ROMNE (STATE AWARD OF THE ROMANIAN PEOPLES REPUBLIC),
