Atelier Vie Calio Rum Bottled in Bond Gin Finished Edition (750ml) Bolivia and seamless integration of acidityThis special edition of Calio Rum began as an experiment. While our standard edition of Calio is fermented with a rum yeast, this edition was fermented with a whiskey yeast. Then, we entered the distillate into a barrel that had been previously used to age whiskey and our barrel aged gin. The rum aged for over four years, and could therefore qualify to become a Bottled in Bond release. To qualify, the spirit must meet all of the relevant standards for
