Champagne Bottle Glitter Hat "Bubbles" summer hat Cherries and Cream Half MaskUnique one of a kind champagne bottle hat. This is a hand blocked green glittered champagne bottle with iridescent gold glittered wires and vintage glass beads set on a black felt hat. There is a "Bolly" label on the bottle edged with clear crystals. It has metallic green lining and attaches with adjustable hat elastic. The wires move and come to life so it looks like champagne is bursting out of the bottle when you wear this hat. Measurements in cm:
