Saxony, Kingdom. An Officer’s 25-Year Long Service Cross, C.1900 Auction 33 mm x 89 mm(Dienstauszeichnung 25 Jahre fr Offiziere). Instituted 23 April 1874 by King Albert. (1874 1918). Constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse with a central monogram of King Albert, the reverse with a number 25 in Roman numerals, unmarked, measuring 38. 92 mm (w) x 42. 88 mm (h), weighing 19. 6 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
