'C'était bien hier soir? Bah.. tu sais..' Wine especially blueberry and raspberryNatural Ros Wine 500ml Vinification: A 50 50 blend of Gewrztraminer and Cabernet Sauvignon, both direct pressed. Blended after the harvest in Alsace and directly filled in barriques. The fermentation and later the aging that brought oxidation has taken place in the same barriques for 3 years, without soutirage or topping up. Tasting Notes: This offers a heady perfume of red berries, rose and exotic spice, whilst the palate is salty, savoury and long.
