Batonnage was carried out 2 to 3 times during aging to enhance body and complexity. VIEW: Bright golden color with intense highlights, reflecting its maturity and careful oak aging. BOUQUET: Rich and expressive aromas of ripe white fruits, subtle buttery notes, and fine lees. The oak is delicately integrated, allowing the fruit and the clay limestone terroir to shine through.
