Elegant and fresh on the palate with notes of bright red fruit, firm tannins, and a long finish. TASTING NOTES: Pouring a youthful red color, the 2021 Barolo is not shining as brightly at this tasting and has more muted notes of mushroomy earth, worn leather, raspberries, and thyme. The palate is elegant and finessed with notes of apricot
