Inspired by the first sunrise of the new year in New Zealand, its matured in a blend of sherry seasoned European and American oak casks with some ex bourbon barriques, bottled at 43% ABV. Expect notes of vanilla, berry compote, toasted oak and Manuka honey, with a warm, lingering finish of spice and sweet oak.
