Domaine Ricardelle de Lautrec Natural Sparkling White Wine 2024 750ml (12.5%) 8%+ Blue raspberry100% Chardonnay from IGP Pays dOc, Languedoc, France. Green apple citrus zest zesty energetic. This ptillant naturel is crafted using the ancestral method, where the wine is bottled before the primary fermentation finishes to trap natural carbon dioxide. It is bottled without filtration or added sulphites, and sat on lees for 12 months. The result is a beautifully cloudy, raw sparkling wine that prioritises fresh fruit and a lively, frothy mousse.
