Constructed of Luftwaffe grey wool; the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a ribbon, overlaid by a swooping Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, the reverse with a black paper backer, a padded stuffed example, measuring approximately 60 mm (w) x 59 mm (l), light to moderate mothing evident on the obverse, an unissued example in overall near extremely
