The soils of various vineyards from Torrenieri, Rennina and Sugarille are largely composed of limestone, sand and clay. VINIFICATION: The grapes are harvested separately and fermented in stainless steel. The wine is then aged in wooden barrels for 24 months, after which the blending takes place.
