Constructed of field grey rayon, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered multi coloured insignia in the form of a Slovak coat of arms, topped by an inscription of SLOWAKEI (SLOVAKIA), unmarked, measuring 70 mm (w) x 90 mm (h), in unissued and extremely fine condition.
