Why You’ll Love It:• Premier Cru Volnay with serious aging potential• Complex
medium sweetness and firm tannins
and lavish opulence
Burghound - 89-92 points
Blume Marillen -”blossom of the apricot”- captures the lovely bouquet and taste of the Klosterneuburger apricot found in the Wachau region of the Danube Valley
Virginia Distilling Co. American Single Malt Cabernet Cask (700ml) Size:700ml Why You’ll Love It:• PremierThe second edition of Courage & Conviction is dedicated to Dr. Jim Swan, who passed away in 2017 following a 40 year career supporting the science of distilling. It's a fitting tribute, redolent of grilled pineapple, citrus and coconut on nose and palate, finishing with warming gingery tingle and a hint of rancio like funk.
