Ellevin Chablis - 2024 (750ml) Chile one of the finest effortsPale yellow dress with white gold reflections. Fresh but rather discreet nose, in the essentially floral register. Aeration minerality tip and subtle green apple note. Wine all in lightness and delicacy, dominated in the middle of the mouth by the vivacity of the citrus fruit. There is a final of great finesse and beautiful texture, balanced and fruity. Beautiful persistence for a complete and aerial whole. Winemaker's Notes
