This blend contains TWENTY EIGHT grape varietals. Planted in the late 19th Century these grapes create wine with flavors of plum, blackberry, pepper, cherry, blueberry, and licorice. A good candidate for cellar aging, this wine will pair immaculately with BBQ, grilled meats, hard cheeses, and midweek pepperoni pizza.
