Germany, Luftwaffe. A Fallschirmjäger Badge, With Field-Converted Lugs, By F.w. Assmann & Söhne Hold two holes for attachment(Fallschirmschtzenabzeichen). Constructed of silvered and gilded zink, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by a diving Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, the reverse with one of two visible rivets securing the obverse eagle in place, with two field added lugs for sew on or pinned attachment, maker marked with the logo of F. W. Assmann & Shne, Ldenscheid, measuring
