In silver gilt with red, green, light blue, dark blue and white enamels, inscribed in French "Pour Les honntes gens" (For Honest People) along the edges of the three lower arms, measuring 36 mm x 56 mm inclusive of its multi interlocking ring suspension, original ribbon, intact enamels, extremely fine.
