Licorice and fennel on the finish. Citadelle is unique in the world thanks to its slow distillation method with the open flame that heats the small pot stills. Producing this gin takes a long time, in fact the 19 botanicals remain in infusion for 79 hours before distillation and the flame system requires a whole day of work.
