A circular bronze medal, on the obverse is a crown with leaves on the left and right sides above the inscription In Dankbarer Erinnerung an Treue Dienste (In Grateful Remembrance of Faithful Services), on the reverse is a left facing head portrait of Grand Duke Friedrich Grossherzog von Baden and the left facing head portrait of Princess Hilda Charlotte Wilhelmine of Nassau (Grand Duchess of
