In the mid palate, the citrus notes subside, and the caramel and spice notes emerge. The sweetness of a high corn mash is well balanced with hot spices and oak for a knock out finish. DISTILLER'S NOTES: Joe Louis Champion of them all Bourbon is aged in medium char American Oak barrels for at least two years and bottled at 90 Proof.
